We therefore work with agile methodology, defining the activities to be carried out in each sprint cycle and evaluating performance at the end of the cycle. Sprints help to keep the team focused and speed up development. The activities proposed (sprint backlog) and carried out (increments) in each cycle are listed in the monthly progress reports, providing transparency in development and allowing the client to monitor them.[/et_pb_text][/et_pb_column]
